Age Verification

Disclaimer:
Tapsterology strictly adheres to state and local laws regarding the serving of alcohol. All guests must be at least 21 years of age to be served alcoholic beverages. Identification will be required.

Event Liability & Indemnification

Disclaimer:
The client assumes full responsibility for all liabilities, claims, and damages that may arise from the service of alcohol at their event. Tapsterology reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Tapsterology harmless for any incidents related to alcohol consumption.

Non-Alcoholic Services

TABC Certification (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission)

Disclaimer:
All Tapsterology bartenders are TABC-certified to ensure responsible and legal alcohol service in compliance with Texas laws.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Disclaimer:
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will incur a 50% fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

Insurance Coverage

Disclaimer:
Tapsterology carries general and liquor liability insurance for all events. However, clients are encouraged to secure additional event insurance if necessary.

Force Majeure

Disclaimer:
Tapsterology is not liable for any interruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

Disclaimer:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Full payment is due 48 hours prior to the event. Additional charges for extended service hours or extra bartenders will be invoiced after the event.
